Lobélie is founded by Olivia McNeil, a New Zealand–based interior designer working across residential and commercial projects, both independently and in collaboration with architecture and interior design studios.
With experience ranging from boutique practices to large-scale firms, Olivia brings a broad industry perspective, combining thoughtful creative direction with a strong understanding of project delivery, technical documentation, and client needs.
Inspired by natural form, texture, and atmosphere, her work is grounded in the belief that spaces should feel intuitive, connected, and reflective of the people who inhabit them.
Each project is approached as a collaboration — carefully aligning design direction with the client’s vision, values, and lifestyle. The process is intuitive yet considered, ensuring both the journey and the outcome are seamless, meaningful, and enduring.
Creativity is balanced with technical precision and a grounded understanding of real-world constraints, allowing ideas to be translated into beautifully resolved, considered spaces.
